Boucek´s homestead in Mala Skala
Boucek´s homestead is two-storey wooden building, which is a wonderful example of rural architecture in Mala Skala region. The Gallery of Josef Jíra exhibits a collection of paintings and sculptures made by more than 120 Czech artists of 20th century. A separate part contains permanent showcase of the painter Josef Jíra artworks. Also occasional exhibitions of contemporary artists are held here. A stylish farmhouse inn is in the ground floor of the house.

Dlask's homestead in Dolanky by Turnov
A typical example of regional rural homestead was built in 1716. There is a permanent exhibition of folk items, food, clothes and interiors of typical rural home of the Jizera region. Short-term exhibitions are held in the place too. The farm courtyard is used during the ethnographic festivals (Carnival, Easter, St. John's feast, feast of St. Wenceslas). Open:

Gallery Granat Turnov
Garnet association was founded in 1953 and it is the largest producer of garnet jewellery in Europe. Its crafts brought awards from the world exhibitions in Brussels and Montreal. A cross was made for Pope John Paul II. during his first visit to the Czech Republic in 1990. The gallery's permanent exhibition documents the history of mining and production of Czech garnet jewelry since 1953. There are also occasional exhibitions made by regional artists.

Krkonose Museum in Jilemnice
Museum located in the chateau was founded in 1891. It focuses primarily on the history and ethnography of the western part of Giant Mountains and the origins and evolution of skiing. Museum is presenting a unique Metelka´s mechanical Bethlehem made in the years 1883-1913. There is an exhibition of the beginnings and development of skiing since 1914 is and a gallery with works of painter F. Kavan. The park of the chateau attracts visitors for a pleasant walk-through.

Municipal Museum Lomnice nad Popelkou
Municipal Cultural and Information Centre and Gallery is housed in the chateau building. Its collection focuses on the history and ethnography of Lomnice region. It offers a permanent exhibition: mineralogy, zoology, J. Seifert Memorial, regional sport, a visit to castle interiors, a gallery of regional artists and an exhibition hall. There is a car park and a museum café. Opening hours:

Municipal Museum in Zelezny Brod
Glass exhibition is focused on the development of famous regional glass arts and crafts. It documents the history of home production of glass in the second half of the 19th century, production of local glass companies in the prewar period and works of teachers and students of Glass School , which is the most important institution that has been crucial to the development of quality art glass of the region. Showroom Brychtova and Libensky section presents their collective work.
Museum of Bohemian Paradise in Turnov
Museum was founded in 1886 as the first public museum in the district. The exhibitions specialize in the issues connected with precious stones and their treatment, which in Turnov has tradition for centuries. At present it offers seven permanent exhibitions: The oldest history of the Bohemian Paradise and the upper Pojizeri, Mineralogy and Geology, History of Turnov gem cutting and jewelry production; middle Pojizeri Ethnology, Cultural History of the Region; Treasury which shows famous jewelry produced in local art school since Art Nouveau, and gallery for occasional exhibitions.
Open: daily except Mondays, from May to September: 9:00 - 17:00, October to April: 9:00 - 16:00.
Museum and Gallery of Pojizeri in Semily
Museum and Gallery is in the native house of writer I. Olbracht. Visitors can see two permanent exhibitions: the first is devoted to famous figures of Semily, the second exhibition is in an architecturally interesting loft space and is focused on traditional crafts and culture of the region of Upper Pojizeri. It also shows Bethlehem and the famous puppet marionettes of Maizner family. The museum and gallery also offer a number of temporary exhibitions. Open:

Museum of Technology in Loukov
Museum of Technology located in town of Háje nad Jizerou in the local area Loukov was founded in 1989 and it supports original, not renovated conditions of its showpieces. It presents a collection of historic motoring vehicles, motorcycles and their accessories as well as a collection of historic radios. A unique exhibit is the Czech submarine patent. Mechanical hammer from the beginning of 20th century is a noticeable piece of tools in the workshop.
House Beliste - Zelezny Brod
Ethnographic exhibition is in the largest timbered building of Železnobrodsko region called Běliště, built in 1807. Exhibitions are focused on a specific history of Železný Brod and its surroundings. Visitors can view showpieces documenting the geological evolution of the area, archaeological finds from the nearby castle Navarov, everyday objects, painted furniture and urban or rural holiday clothes. Also there is an exhibition of wooden box Bethlehems and models of the historical houses of town square. Popular attraction for visitors is also functional barrel-organ with 9 tunes.
Sucharda house in Nova Paka
A house with richly decorated facade was built in neo-Renaissance style in 1896. It offers exposure to the regional history and the exhibition hall of the Municipal Museum in Nova Paka, founded in 1908. The decoration of the house was made by the members of Sucharda family and it is presenting witty and wise sayings.

Regional Museum and Gallery in Jicin - Museum of the game
Regional Museum and Gallery in Jicin - Museum of games – is popular for its interactive exhibition suitable for all ages. Thanks to "Guide for the hurrying, Guide for the whole family" and "Guide for the smallest", every visitor will find their way to enjoy a visit here.

School of applied arts in Turnov
The unique and famous School of applied arts was opened in 1884. The school teaches the traditional fields of cutting precious stones, setting precious stones (jewellery making), engraving gemstones (glyptic), metal engraving, artistic metalwork and art casting. Besides exhibitions of historical and contemporary works made by students and masters of the arts and crafts, the school offers an activity "Meet the craft in the workshops," where visitors can try their own manual skills.

Workshops open to the public: Mon - Thu 14:00 - 17:00 visit is possible by prior phone arrangement.
Ethnographic Museum in Zeleznice
Currently, the museum offers several permanent exhibitions: Merchant's 19th store century, "The life of our ancestors' life and work of local native painter F. Zikmund,local Guilds, the Austro-Prussian War of 1866 - a reminder of the Battle of Jicin. In the adjacent timbered cottage, which is a demonstration of the original buildings from the 18th century, visitors will find historical furnishings and interior. The gallery of T.F. Simon is where regional artists exhibit.

Hydroelectric power station Spalov
Construction at the confluence of Jizera and Kamenice rivers was launched in 1921 and put into operation in 1926. The complex was designed by a master of Art Nouveau and Cubism E. Králíček. Drive to the plant is kept from the weir mined tunnel 1323 m long in a very hard rock and brick canal 437 m longThe power station has been modernized in 1998. Its interior is decorated with chandelier made by local glassmakers, which extends over three floors, and a large mural made by painter F. Rubeš. Technical monument is also nearby bridge from 1938 above river Kamenice. Guided visits starts: May – September: Mon, Fri 2 p.m., Sat, Sun 10 a.m. And 2 p.m.
